Neben einem historischen Sockel auf dem Offenbacher Friedhof liegt VikyNiky als zwölfteilige Skulptur. Mit VikyNiky bringt Martin Pfeifle nun endlich die so lang entbehrte Säule auch nach Offenbach. Er legt sie, historisch korrekt, in 12 Teilen im Rasen neben dem Sockel aus, sodass ein Kreis. mit Öffnung entsteht. Die aus Stahl geformten Säulenteile eignen sich nicht nur als Anschauungsgegenstände, sondern auch dazu, als Sitzelemente genutzt zu werden. Mit ihrem Titel betont die Arbeit explizit die Abwesenheit beider Damen, Victoria und Nike, und damit den bedeutsamen Umstand, dass dieses Denkmal gänzlich ohne Krieg, Sieg und Göttlichkeiten auskommt. In Olympia diente die Säule der Erhöhung der Nike und damit der Überhöhung eines Athener Machtanspruches. In Offenbach gestaltet Pfeifle sie als tiefergelegten Säulenkreis zu einem Forum, einem Ort, der zu Kommunikation und Debatte einlädt.

VikyNiky is a twelve-part sculpture lying next to a historic pedestal in the Offenbach cemetery. With VikyNiky, Martin Pfeifle is finally bringing the long-missed column to Offenbach. He lays them out in 12 parts, in a historically correct manner, in the lawn next to the pedestal, creating a circle with an opening. The steel column parts are not only suitable as objects of study, but also as seating elements. The work's title explicitly emphasises the absence of both ladies, Victoria and Nike, and thus the significant fact that this monument manages entirely without war, victory and divinities. In Olympia, the column served to elevate Nike and thus to exaggerate Athens' claim to power. In Offenbach, Pfeifle designed it as a sunken column circle for a forum, a place that invites communication and debate.
